It's your show. From the buying and selling of top bred horses, to training
them to race on the best tracks in the country, Daily Racing Form's Horse
Racing is a complete and exciting racing experience. You can either
bet on the race or be a part of the ownership and win big cash when your horse
comes in. Everything from the race tracks to the training grounds are
recreated on your PC, you might even smell the hay. So sit down or saddle
up for a day at the track with Daily Racing Form's Horse Racing.

A truly unique game, Horse Racing puts players in the
role of the owner/operator of a stable. Bankrolled with $50,000, gamers
can choose from more than 40 different horses to buy or sell, and may
also breed their own horses. Players can train their horses to perform
to their highest potential and must keep them in top condition for race
competitions. Players will be challenged by various tracks and other jockeys
controlled by the computer or by other players on the Internet. The outcome
of each race is determined by numerous factors including the horses’ speed
and stamina, how the player chooses to run their horse, and good old-fashioned
racing luck! |

Players can make win, place, show, exacta and quinella
bets, and place up to five bets per race. The player can cheer horses
down the homestretch, hire a jockey to ride their horse, or jump into
the action and become the jockey, racing their own horse to the finish
line. By successful betting and good resource management, players will
earn money and can enter higher-stake races to go for the big purse! |
