Radish Works Model Collection - License Agreement

 

So you want to know how you can and can't use the Radish Works models in your own work?  Here's the rules:

 

License Agreement for Radish Works LLC Models Collection  

  1. All 3D Models and Textures remain the property of Radish Works LLC.   All Models are Copyrighted by Radish Works LLC - 1999-2003
  2. You may use the 3D Models and Textures in your own derivative work, and you may distribute your derivative work royalty free.
  3. Only the purchaser of this license may use the 3D Models and Textures, and you may not rent, lease, loan, sell, or license the 3D Models or Textures, to any 3rd party.
  4. None of the 3D Models and Textures may be distributed as a part of another 3D Model or Texture collection without the written permission of Radish Works LLC.
  5. In no event shall Radish Works LLC be liable to you or anyone else for any direct, special, incidental, or indirect damages what so ever, from the use of the 3D Models or Textures.
  6. 3D Models or Textures are licensed AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied.
