Ordering Policies

Shipping
All orders are usually shipped within 48 hours, most of the time orders are shipping the same day they are ordered.  We only ship via United States Post Office first class mail or Airmail in the case of international orders.  We are sorry, but we do not ship orders for games via overnight delivery.

Delivery Time
All orders are shipped from California in the USA.  Orders in the lower 48 US states usually arrive in 3-5 days.  International orders usually arrive in 5-7 days.

International Orders
We will happily ship to Canada, UK, Australia, and many other counties other than the US.  In most cases no additional shipping charges will apply.  If there is a problem with shipping to your country, we will contact you after your order is placed.

Non-Physical Products
When ordering Cosmos Creator, you will receive an authorization code via email to unlock the features of your downloaded version.  No actual product shipment will be made.

Credit Card Information
All of our orders are processed through Paypal.  We never see any of your credit card information.  Please do not send your credit card information directly to Radish Works.

Other Methods of Payment in Paypal
Through Paypal you can also pay with instant bank transfer or eCheck.

Personal Information
Radish Works will NEVER sell your personal information.  See our privacy policies.

CODs
We're sorry but we do not accept COD orders.

Returns
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in shipment, please let us know and we will happily replace it at no charge to you.  As with most software sales, we do not accept returns on software programs or games.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled by emailing us at the address below.  Once an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled.

Sales Tax
Currently, only California residents are subject to sales tax.
