The Radish Works and Right Hemisphere Partnership

We at Radish Works are very excited about our new partnership with Right Hemisphere.  We feel this new partnership will bring Cosmos Creator to a whole new level that will benefit new and existing Radish Works customers.  Radish Works and Right Hemisphere both have roots in the CAD and Gaming industries, making our technology and products very complimentary.  Right Hemisphere's product line includes Deep Paint 3D, Deep UV, Deep Server, Deep Publish, and Deep Exploration.  Right Hemisphere will bring reading and writing of virtually all popular 3D and 2D file formats, as well as photo realistic rendering to Cosmos Creator.  The sharing of technology between Radish Works and Right Hemisphere is already well under way.

Radish Works is committed to our existing customers, we want to assure those existing customers by providing the following list of possible questions:

What does this partnership mean for Cosmos Creator?
More features, more support staff, a new reseller channel, improved User Forum, many more import and export filters and much more!  The official partnership press release can be seen here.

What will the price of Cosmos Creator be?
The price of Cosmos Creator Version 1.5 will be $2,495 which more clearly covers the value and costs associated with the development and distribution of this product.  There will only be one version of Cosmos Creator available.  Gold and Silver versions may no longer be purchased.

Will the Cosmos Creator Silver and Gold versions be supported even though they are not for sale?
Yes.  Cosmos Creator Gold versions will be supported through version 2.0, and possibly well beyond that.  The same Gold limitations will apply, including file size limits and splash screen.

I'm a Cosmos Creator Gold customer, can I still upgrade to Platinum for the lower price?
Yes.  Cosmos Creator Gold customers who purchased before March 8th 2004, can upgrade to Platinum for the same $409.95 until April 31st 2004.  To take advantage of this upgrade offer, please contact sales@righthemisphere.com for more information.

What will the upgrade cost be for version 1.5?
All existing Cosmos Creator users can receive version 1.5 at no charge.

Where do I purchase or upgrade Cosmos Creator?

What will the upgrade cost be from version 1.5 to 2.0?
Cosmos Creator customers who purchased before March 8th 2004, will be able to upgrade to version 2.0 for the following prices:

1.5 Gold users upgrade to version 2.0 Gold - $99.

1.5 Gold users upgrade to version 2.0 Platinum - $395.

1.5 Platinum users upgrade to version 2.0 Platinum - $99.

What features can we expect in version 2.0?
The Radish Works and Right Hemisphere developers are currently working together to include most of the import export filters in Deep Exploration in Cosmos Creator, as well as Deep Exploration photo realistic rendering.  Note: features subject to change without notice.

Will there still be educational discounts?
Yes.  Qualified students and educational institutions will receive a significant discount on Cosmos Creator. Please contact sales@righthemisphere.com for more information.

Where will new and existing customers get support?
The new and improved user forum will now be hosted by Right Hemisphere, here: http://www.righthemisphere.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=162.  We have transferred the existing posted messages from the Radish Works hosted forum to this new one.  Direct email support questions for platinum users can be sent to support.cosmoscreator@righthemisphere.com.

Will the existing Radish Works staff be involved with support?
Yes. Rest assured, existing Radish Works personnel, including Mike and Sue, will be involved with the new user forum.
